THE DIFFERENCE IS HARD TO MISS.
Drag the slider on each project to see the change. These are the kinds of driveways we work on every week around Calgary — ordinary asphalt that had faded, cracked and started to look tired.

A GOOD RESULT STARTS BEFORE THE SEALER.
The colour change is the part homeowners notice. The prep work is the part that decides how long it holds up.
Clean surface
Dirt, dust and loose material are removed so the sealer bonds to asphalt instead of debris.
Stains
Oil and other contaminants can bleed through a fresh sealcoat and affect the final appearance. Before sealing, APC applies a stain-blocking treatment to help reduce show-through and create a cleaner, more uniform finish.
Cracks handled first
Cracks are cleaned and scraped out before sealing. For deeper cracks, APC adds a base of small aggregate and sand before applying hot rubber, helping the material bond within the crack instead of simply sinking out of sight.
Open cracks are prepared and filled with hot rubber before any coating goes down.
Controlled application
Proper material rates and clean, cut-in edges along concrete, garage aprons and lawn.
