INFRARED ASPHALT REPAIR IN CALGARY
Seamless repairs using thermal restoration. Instead of cutting a patch into your driveway, infrared reheats the existing asphalt and reworks it in place.
How infrared repair works
HEAT IT. REWORK IT. COMPACT IT.
The repair becomes part of the driveway rather than a rectangle dropped into it.

Heat
A specialized infrared heater warms roughly the top 1.5–2 inches of the existing asphalt until it's workable again.

Rake
The softened asphalt is raked and the failed material is broken up and levelled.

Rejuvenate
A rejuvenator is worked in to restore the binder that age and sun have dried out.
- 04
Add hot mix
Fresh hot mix is added where material is missing or the area needs to come back up to grade.

Compact
The area is compacted, blending the new and existing asphalt into one continuous surface.

If infrared isn't right for your driveway, we'll say so and quote conventional repair instead.
The practical advantage: no saw-cut seam around the repair. A cut patch creates a joint, and joints are where water finds its way in. Infrared removes that joint entirely.
